License Grant
InterviewCue AI is operated by CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. Subject to these terms, CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website and available product features for personal or internal interview preparation.
Permitted Use
You may use InterviewCue AI to optimize resumes, compare resumes with job descriptions, practice AI mock interviews, receive answer structure suggestions, and review interview questions.
Restrictions
You may not copy, sublicense, resell, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse InterviewCue AI. You may not use the service to violate interview rules or deceive employers.
Ownership
InterviewCue AI software, interface, design, documentation, text, graphics, trademarks, and related materials remain owned by CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED or its licensors.
User Inputs and Outputs
You retain responsibility for the resumes, job descriptions, prompts, answers, and other materials you provide. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by you before use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service, violate these terms, or create risk for InterviewCue AI, other users, or third parties.
