InterviewCue AI is operated by CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. By accessing or using InterviewCue AI, you enter into an agreement with CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of InterviewCue AI
InterviewCue AI provides resume optimization, JD-resume matching, AI mock interviews, live interview cues, interview question practice, and related interview preparation resources. You agree to use InterviewCue AI only for lawful, ethical, and permitted purposes.
Interview Integrity
InterviewCue AI is designed to help users prepare for interviews, organize their experience, and improve the quality of their answers. It does not guarantee interview results, job offers, employer decisions, salary outcomes, or hiring outcomes.
You must not use InterviewCue AI to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, skills, experience, education, work history, or achievements. If an employer, recruiter, school, assessment provider, or interview platform prohibits outside assistance, you are responsible for following those rules.
Accounts, Access, and Availability
Some features may require an account, paid plan, subscription, or access to the InterviewCue AI app. Product availability, pricing, usage limits, feature names, and access conditions may change as the service evolves.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue certain features where necessary for product improvement, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or business reasons.
User Content
You are responsible for the resumes, job descriptions, interview notes, prompts, answers, files, and other content you submit to InterviewCue AI. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is not necessary for resume improvement or interview preparation.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. By using InterviewCue AI, you grant us the limited right to process your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
AI-Generated Output
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any resume content, interview answer, cue, recommendation, or other output before using it.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid InterviewCue AI plans are provided by CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. The price, billing period, currency, payment provider, taxes where applicable, and any usage limits are shown at checkout or in your account before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled before the next renewal. You can cancel from the membership center; cancellation stops future renewals and access remains available through the paid period. Refund requests must be emailed to support@interviewcue.ai and are handled under our Refund Policy.
Prohibited Use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, abuse, disrupt, or misuse InterviewCue AI. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or any purpose that violates the rules of an employer, school, interview platform, or assessment provider.
Intellectual Property
InterviewCue AI software, website content, branding, interface, design, product features, and related materials are owned by CLEVERGUARD TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or misuse these materials except as allowed by these Terms.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe that any content available through InterviewCue AI infringes your copyright, please contact us with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details. We may remove or restrict access to content where appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewCue AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost income, hiring decisions, or employment outcomes resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, the State of Colorado of the United States of America, and the applicable local laws of the user’s jurisdiction in the Asia-Pacific region (including but not limited to Japan and South Korea). In case of any conflict or inconsistency between those laws, the laws of Colorado apply to users residing in or accessing the services from Colorado; the applicable local laws apply to users in the Asia-Pacific region; and the laws of the United Kingdom apply to all other users.
Disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@interviewcue.ai so that we can try to resolve the dispute in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under the governing law described above and any mandatory rights or procedures that apply in the user’s jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of InterviewCue AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
